This property is horrible. The elevator is constantly not working. They don't have any wheel chair accessible access for anyone who is disabled. Constantly have issues with the heating system. In addition, the building maintenance and super are horrible.

The building security is extremely lax & a cause for concern. Garbage detail is absolutely atrocious! Very sorry I moved here.

Lástima porque en 1984 fui superintendente del edificio había solo una apartamento rentado a un hombre afroamericano muy profesional, los demás eran todos ocupados por white American europeos, considerado uno de los mejores edificios para vivir en East Orange, lobby tenía brown living room set and a brown wall to wall carpet, furniture tables for mail in both sides of the hall, hermosos tiempos y maravillosa convivencia entre inquilinos
